This has to be one of my most favorite recipes of all time! It tastes AMAZING and it's so easy that you'll literally want to eat it all the time. I definitely crave it a little more than I should. I had made this for my cousin's diwali party last year and needless to say, it was a HUGE success.
These "cheesecakes" were literally heaven and I low key can't wait until I get my hands on these again. The best part about these "cheesecakes" is that it requires no baking, which means you can prepare this an hour or two before serving and it's not a hassle.

Here is the recipe:
Recipe makes 10 servings.
Ingredients
10 Gulab Jamun (Haldiram’s or Local Store Brand, I used BAPS)
10 Motichoor Ladoo (Haldiram’s or Local Store Brand, I used BAPS)
Cool Whip (3 8 oz. containers)
24 strands of Saffron + 6 tbsp Whole Milk
Pistachios (chopped for garnishing)
5 cups crushed Parle-G Biscuits
Small Serving or Trifle Bowls
Preparation
First, prepare all ingredients: Crush Parle-G, Saffron Milk (heat milk and add saffron, heat until it melts), and chop Pistachios.
Combine 1-2 tbsp of the Saffron milk (chilled) into each batch of 8 oz Cool Whip. Then, refrigerate until you’re ready to use. Doing this, will give the cool whip a really great saffron taste to it.
Next, take 5 Gulab Jamun + 5 Motichoor Ladoo and crush them softly into two separate bowls. You will use this for layering.
Now that you have all your ingredients prepped, take a trifle or small serving bowl and place about 2 tbsp crushed Parle-G biscuits as your base. Then, add your saffron whip layering on top. Next, add about 2 tbsp (1 serving) crushed gulab jamun in half the cups and the crushed motichoor ladoo in the other half. Now, you can add another layering of the saffron whip. Finally, on top, add extra whip if needed, and place either the Gulab Jamun or Motichoor Ladoo on top with chopped pistachios as garnish.
Tips
For the serving ware, I used: https://www.partycity.com/mini-clear-plastic-cubed-bowls-40ct-469255.html
It helps to use a piping bag for the whipped cream layering vs. a spoon for perfect placement.
This is one of the desserts, I don't recommend making ahead of time because the Parle-G can get very soggy if you leave it for too long.
